Comments: This is one of the thinnest grinds I do on Kitchen knives. It is full flat grind w/ a nice distal taper ground to a near zero edge for a nice thinness behind the edge. It is ~ 0.091” thick at the heel spine and tapers greatly from there to the point. The handle is my western style handle with a rounded front bolster to mimic the feel in hand of an integral chef knife. Balance point right at the makers mark. Sharpened on Japanese water stones and ready to work. This is an absolute laser of a knife!
