We designed the Cattleman Damascus Steel Steak Knives to have a classic look that a cattleman or rancher would appreciate. It starts with the full-tang blade and tall height. These features, along with a long rose wood handle make it easy to cut through large pieces of meat. The high carbon content of the steel makes these knives incredibly sharp and easy to sharpen. Care Instructions

1095 steel is a high-carbon steel and will rust if not dried and oiled after use. Do not put in dishwasher. Hand wash only with soap and hot water. Dry completely before oiling.
