Antoinette is a fine cocktail coupe in lead free glass, well balanced on a short stem. This replica of the 40s is reminiscent of a bygone era of shiny shoes, wailing crooners and champagne by the crate. It stands small at 125 mm (5"), and holds up to 7 oz for a perfect dose of Manhattan, Side Car, or the elusive Brandy Alexander. It is an addition of the utmost chic to any special event, as this particular cut is rather hard to find. We were therefore delighted to name it queen of our new regular Alambika collection. Legend has it that the first champagne glass was molded on the breast of Marie Antoinette (1755-1793), Queen of France and wife of Louis XVI.
